PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light soldering device in which a proper amount of the solder can be fed by detecting a soldering position at a part to be soldered. SOLUTION: The light processing device is provided with a light energy output means 1 for outputting the light energy, a first light path 2 for guiding the light energy to a workpiece 6, an optical means 4 for shaping the light energy arranged in the first light path, a second light path 9, which shares a part of the first light path 2 and guides the light from the workpiece to a light receiving means 8, a driving means 10 for changing at least the relative position of the optical means and the workpiece, and a thread solder feeding means 11 for feeding the thread solder to the vicinity of a part to be processed of the workpiece. At least a means for detecting a thread solder tip position, which detects the position of the tip part of the thread solder, is provided.
