PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a temporary toilet 10, which is a Japanese style toilet because it can be used without contact between a user's skin and a toilet seat and it is sanitary, only by setting up a disaster relief temporary hut 18 because a Japanese style toilet bowl 16 is connected to a temporary toilet pipe 14 and they are buried under the ground of a concrete layer 52. SOLUTION: The Japanese style toilet bowl 16 is previously connected to a manhole 20 of the temporary toilet pipe 14 for the temporary toilet 10, and they are buried under the ground. The periphery of the Japanese style toilet bowl 16 is fixed by the concrete layer 52, and an upper end opening rim of the Japanese style toilet bowl 16 is covered with an iron cover 50. When a disaster occurs, the temporary hut 18 is set up to enclose each Japanese style toilet bowl 16, and the iron cover 50 is opened to the left and right to make steps for the Japanese style toilet bowl 16 for a user to put legs on.
