PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer each log to an appropriate charge calculation device by appropriately determining information in each log when a plurality of charge calculation devices share charge calculation processing using logs output from a service providing device etc.

SOLUTION: A distributed charging processing method is a method in a system comprising a service providing server having recipient IDs; a user terminal having a payer ID to receive the service from the server; the charge calculation device for calculating the charge to be payed by the user terminal to the server; a routing device; and a network with those server, terminal and device connected thereto. The routing device acquires the logs having the payer IDs and the recipient IDs, identifies the charge calculation device by using the payer IDs and the recipient IDs as keys, transmits the acquired logs to a prescribed charge calculation device and calculates the charge, based on the contents of the logs (steps 1201-1203).
