<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable using completely the same display control sequence and making the display control sequence relocatable, even if the same sub-video data are displayed at a plurality of different times. <P>SOLUTION: Since a time stamp SPDCTS in a display control sequence table 33 is recorded at a relative time after updating PTS (i.e. after updating a sub-video data unit), the SPDCTS is not required to be rewritten even if the PTS of the sub-video data unit changes. Even when the same sub-video data 32 are displayed at the plurality of different time, DCSQT of completely the same display control sequence table can be used, and display control sequence table can be relocatable.
