PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the degree of freedom when installing a partition wall in a variable space. SOLUTION: A plurality of windows 11 of approx. 50 to 100 cm in width dimension are installed in outer walls B specifying the outline of a single space formed in a building and without partition walls or a variable space A formed of continuous spaces divided by partition walls without a structural body and/or equipment piping and wiring. The equipment piping and wiring are installed in the outer wall B, and receptacles 13a to 13c, a switch 14, outlets 15a and 15b, and conditioned air outlets 35a are selectively disposed in the plane of projection of the selected windows 11 or near the plane of projection.
