<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove an influence of a change with the lapse of time of a focal position in a radiation such as an X-ray emitted to a specimen, by simple constitution, and to enhance fineness of an internal structure data calculated by reconstitution calculation. <P>SOLUTION: In this computer tomography having a radiation source 1, a two-dimensional detection means 2 for picking up a projection image of the specimen 7, and a rotary base part arranged between the radiation source 1 and the two-dimensional detection means 2, and for mounting the specimen 7 to be rotated at a prescribed angle displacement, to reconstitute the internal structure data, based on the projection image of the specimen 7 image-picked up in every angle displacement, the focal position in an optional time of the radiation is set as a reference focal position, the focal position after the lapse of a prescribed time is detected after setting the reference focal position, a variation between the reference focal position and the focal position after the lapse of the prescribed time is calculated, and a positional relation between the radiation 1, and the specimen 7 and the two-dimensional detection means 2 is moved based on the variation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
