PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a shaft-support structure of one clip piece and the other clip piece constituting a clip. SOLUTION: This clip is composed of one clip piece 12, the other clip piece 22, a torsion coil spring 62 and a support shaft material 42. The other clip piece 22 includes a pair of bearing piece parts 27, 27 having a pivot hole 31. The support shaft material 42 composed of a shaft body part 43 reaching one pivot hole 31 side with a head part 44 locked in the other pivot hole 31 and a lid part 49 put on the shaft body part 43 with a head part 50 locked in the other pivot hole 31 is interposed through the torsion coil spring 62 between the bearing piece parts 27, 27. One clip piece 12 includes a pair of bearing piece parts 17, 17 having a bearing hole 17a provided on the basis of correspondence relationship to the position of the pivot hole 31. One clip piece 12 is integrated with the other clip piece 22 with the head part 44 of the shaft body part 43 fitted in one bearing hole 17a and the head part 50 of the lid part 49 fitted in the other bearing hole 17a to be fitted in the respective bearing piece parts 17.
