PURPOSE: A flange type grinding flap wheel is provided to reduce dust and noise during grinding work and improve the efficiency of grinding work by filling the space between grinding parts with foaming resin. CONSTITUTION: A flange type grinding flap wheel is composed of a cylindrical coupling case(10), a plurality of grinding parts(20) attached to the outer circumference of the coupling case, and foaming resin(30) filled into spaces between the grinding parts. The foaming resin is composed of or mixed with polyurethane resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, polyolefins resin, polystyrene resin, butadiene acrylonitrile rubber latex, styrene butadiene rubber latex, phenol resin, melamine resin, or epoxy resin, and reduces dust and noise during grinding work.
