Image processing apparatus and computer product

摘要

The apparatus has an information processor and an image processor connected to a LAN (2). A printer forms an image on a medium e.g. transfer paper, based on an image data, and outputs the image. An image reader provided on the printer reads an image from a document. A general-purpose operating system controls the information processor that performs a function in a category different from an image processing function. An independent claim is also included for a computer readable recording medium that stores a computer program for controlling an information processor.
