PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic money card whose security is so high that the third person can not use the electronic money card even when the electronic money card is obtained by the third person and whose balance can be easily confirmed anytime and anywhere. SOLUTION: This electronic money card, in which an amount deducted from a bank account is stored in a memory part and the amount is made to be equivalent to cash and is used in the form of a card, is provided with the memory part for storing personal information such as the name of a user himself/ herself, a facial portrait and a fingerprint, balance information, the upper limit information of a withdrawal amount, etc., at the time of issuing a card, a displaying part for displaying the balance information, a fingerprint authenticating part for fetching user fingerprint information and deciding whether or not the user is the same person with its holder by comparing the fetched fingerprint information with the fingerprint information stored in the memory part, a key inputting part for inputting the password of the account, etc., a button for displaying balance and a button for withdrawal. |
