PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the flexibility in fitting of an anti-theft device and to fit the anti-theft device more easily. SOLUTION: This anti-theft device is constituted, by locking or fixing an electric conductor cord 2 led out of a body 1 to a utensil, an article, etc., in a store and generates an alarm by detecting abnormality of a conductive circuit formed of the electrical conductor cord 2; and the tip part of the electric conductor cord 2 is formed into an adhesive sheet 4 which has an adhesive layer 5, formed on one surface of a flexible sheet 20 where the conductive circuit 21 is formed and can be stuck on the utensil, article, etc., in the store.
