PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize both weight reduction of an outer board for increasing speed and noise reduction by securing air layer. SOLUTION: An outer board panel 1 facing an exterior and an interior board 2 facing cabin interior are jointed through a frame 3. The outer board panel 1 is a hollow shape material having a harmonica type section where two face plates 1a, 1b are jointed with a web 1c which is orthogonal to them and extends in longitudinal direction of the vehicle body. The hollow shape material having the harmonica type section is disposed so that a hollow part 1d having a rectangular section which is vertically and horizontally symmetrical extends in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body. The frame 3 extends in the direction orthogonal to the web 1c, and has a longitudinal plate part 3a orthogonal to the inside face plate part 1b, an outside mounting flange part 3b which is connected to the outside end of the longitudinal plate part 3a and extends along the inside face plate part 1b, and an inside mounting flange part 3c which is connected to the inside end of the longitudinal plate part 3a and jointed to an interior board 2.
