The structure has caliper-fixing bosses (5) with an abutting surface (5a) facing an abutting surface (7a) of fixed-to-vehicle bosses (7) and female threaded holes (9) formed on a bracket (4). A recess is formed around an opening of bolt insertion holes (8). An outer peripheral wall diameter of projections (5c) and inner diameter of the recess are set so that the projection and recess come into close contact with each other.
