A medical solution comprising sodium ions in a concentration of 90-125 mM, glucose in a concentration of 1-5% by weight, and a low level of glucose degradation products, wherein the solution is sterile and has a pH of 6.5-8.0, is disclosed, as well as a method for preparing the medical solution, a container for preparation of the solution, use of said solution for manufacture of a medicament for treatment of dialysis, and a method of treatment of dialysis with said solution. |
