FIELD: transport engineering; vehicle door drives. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed electropneumatic distributor has housing, cylindrical spool, at least one electropneumatic control valve, system of channels and pneumatic lines connecting electropneumatic distributor with actuating mechanism. Cylindrical spool is installed inside cylindrical bore of housing forming distributing and control spaces with possibility of axial displacement and constant contact of outer seals of distributing beads with bore surface and inter acting by working edges with cutoff edges of radially directed channels of actuating mechanism formed on surface of housing bore. Guaranteed ring clearance is set between outer surface of spool and inner surface of housing bore. Finishing of surface layer of housing bore and forming of radii of rounding off on cutoff edges of actuating mechanism control channels is made by plastic deformation-mechanical rolling of freely rotating axially movable spring-loaded balls pressed to surface layer to be rolled. Diameters of ball and actuating mechanism control channels are at the following relationships: Db/Dch=1.7à2 where Db is diameter of ball; Dch is diameter of control channel. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability in operation. ^ 2 cl, 4 dwg |
