A lithographic ink composition comprising: - a continuous phase comprising - a vinyl polymer (comprising primary amide groups, amide groups having N-alkyl substituents of three or fewer carbon atoms), where the vinyl polymer has a polydispersity of at least about 15; - an emulsified phase comprising a member selected from the group consisting of water, liquid polyols, and various combinations.
