PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an over-tube with a balloon capable of reducing the frictional resistance between an inner layer of an over-tube body and an insertion part of an endoscope, and increasing the operability. SOLUTION: The over-tube with the balloon is for inserting/guiding the insertion part of the endoscope or a treatment instrument, or the like.
