PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fish reef by reusing used tires to make it a light-weighted as compared with the conventional ones, also simplifying its working process from the initiation of work to its installation on the bottom of the sea and also aiming at the reduction of its installation cost. SOLUTION: This fish reef is obtained by piling in a plurality of tire blocks joined and fixed by a metal rod 2 and fixed with a concrete 3 as a triangular form, forming a pyramidal form by putting 4 pieces of them having the same form together and winding ropes 4 at all of the joined parts.
