PURPOSE: A coating device for a waveform steel pipe is provided, to prevent the releasing of a resin even under the environment of salt, agricultural chemicals and acid rain, thereby improving durability and corrosion resistance. CONSTITUTION: The coating device comprises a preheating stand which draws a waveform steel pipe with a rail lifter, and preheats the drawn waveform steel pipe with rotating; a coating stand(400, 500) which coats a coating agent on the inner and outer surface of the waveform steel pipe drawn from the preheating stand; a post-heating stand which post-heats the waveform steel drawn from the coating stand; and an air cooling stand which cools the waveform steel drawn from the post-heating stand in air, wherein the coating stand comprises deposition baths(410, 510) having an air chamber for rising a coating agent inside; support stands(420, 520) installed at the both terminal parts of the deposition baths, respectively; rising and falling bodies(430, 530) installed at the support stands so as to rise and fall; rollers(436, 536) installed at the rising and falling bodies so as to rotate for supporting and rotating the waveform steel pipe; and transfer rails(440, 540) whose both terminals are hinged to the one side of the support stands separated from the rising and falling bodies so as to be opened an closed. |
