PURPOSE: To process and fabricate crown sprocket gear or spur sprocket gear in such a way that the crown sprocket gear or spur sprocket gear is engaged with a roller gear by silent and precise area contact to transmit action force to rear wheel in a chainless bicycle. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus (80) comprises first and second main driving motors (82,84) arranged in such a way that the first and second main driving motors are operated with a controller (96) for sensing operation of operation switch (94) being electrically connected to the inside of base frame (98) at certain time intervals by preset information; a first gear part (86) at one side of which a left driven gear (102) is arranged so that the left driven gear is rotated by a first driving shaft gear (100) of the first main driving motor, and at the other side of which a right driven gear (106) is arranged so that the right driven gear is rotated through an idler gear (104); second gear part (88) at one side of which a driving gear (114) is arranged in such a way that the driving gear is rotated by second driving shaft gear (112) of the second main driving motor, and at the other side of which a driven gear (116) is arranged in such a way that the driven gear is rotated by being engaged with the driving gear; a crown sprocket gear tooth form forming part (90) comprising first end mill part in which first end mill motor (128), end mill chuck (130) and first end mill (108) are sequentially installed at a supporting frame (126) of support (124) mounted on a first inclination shaft (122), and a crown sprocket gear processing member (110) fixed to the second inclination shaft with being mounted on one end of second inclination shaft (136) so that tooth form is processed by the first end mill, wherein the first inclination shaft is installed with being inclined in a certain angle to left driven shaft (118) of the left driven gear of the first gear part in such a way that the first inclination shaft is interlockingly rotated by bevel gear (120), and the second inclination shaft is installed with being inclined in a certain angle to right driven shaft (134) of the right driven gear in such a way that the second inclination shaft is interlockingly rotated by bevel gear; and a spur sprocket gear tooth form forming part (92) comprising second end mill (142) in which a certain sized disk (140) is fixed to an upper part of driving shaft (138) of the driving gear of the second gear part, and which is installed on a line perpendicular to outer diameter of the driving gear in such a way that the second end mill is rotationally operated by driving force of second end mill motor (142), and a spur sprocket gear processing member (148) fixed to the driven shaft by a fixing bolt (146) so that tooth form is processed by the second end mill with being formed to the same size as the driven gear on an upper part of driven shaft (144) of the driven gear rotated by the driving gear.
