PURPOSE: A tetrahedral independent type showcase for displaying cultural assets is provided to safely protect cultural assets displayed in a display section and make the opening and closing operation of a door easier. CONSTITUTION: The showcase having a lower structure frame(1a), an upper lighting section(1c) and a display section(1b) whose front, rear, left and right sides are formed of transparent glass panels(6b,6c) comprises: LM guide rails fixed in parallel rearward; LM guide bearings slidably coupled to the LM guide rails; a moving plate attached to the top surface of both LM guide bearings; a plurality of bearings supporting a front glass door(6); a ball screw rotating shaft whose both ends are rotatably supported by front and rear bearing housings; an actuator for moving the moving plate forward or rearward.
