PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical carrying device capable of finely adjusting operation/stopping, and having a high degree of freedom, for efficiently operating a carrying vehicle even if an installation space is narrow. SOLUTION: The carrying vehicle is arranged on a main traveling rail 12, and stops in an attaching-detaching work section 11, and is sent to the starting end side of a processing tank 2 by a manual switch 21 by suspending a processing object. The carrying vehicle switched to automatic operation from manual operation, stops when reaching an input part 3, and delivers the processing object and a carrying tool by operating an input transfer device 7. The empty carrying vehicle inversely travels on an input traveling rail 5; stops at an input side movable traveling rail 14; afterwards, horizontally moves to the sub-traveling rail 18 side; transfers to a discharge side movable traveling rail 16 by passing through a sub-traveling rail 18; returns to the main traveling rail 12 side by the horizontal movement; transfers to a return discharge traveling rail 8; and stops by being sent to the tail end side of a transfer mechanism of the processing tank 2.
