PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to improve treatment operation efficiency by treating a waste liquid containing oily water comprising oils and fats, and water, together with an excess sludge. SOLUTION: The excess sludge from a sludge supply part 1 and a bulk 15 (the oily water-containing waste liquid) from a bulk supply part 14 are fed into a treatment tank 3. These are stirred with stirring blades 7 to generate a liquid mixture 28. In the treatment tank 3, the liquid mixture 28 is heated by a heater 8 using a steam pipe 9, and moisture evaporated from the mixture 28 is discharged outside through an exhaust duct 32. The mixture 28 remaining in the treatment tank 3 becomes soft slimy dehydrated sludge 29 having a low viscosity due to oils and fats, and this sludge is drawn into a carrying container 30 from an outlet 3A of the treatment tank 3 through a lid body 13. The dehydrated sludge 29 is gradually cooled in the carrying container 30, thereby changing it into solidified waste that can be incinerated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
