PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OELD capable of solving a problem of a heterojunction interface and prolonging the life time of a system using the OLED. SOLUTION: An anode layer 102 is formed on a substrate 100, a first mixture layer 202 is formed on the anode layer 102, a mixture layer 200 is formed on the first mixture layer 202, a second mixture layer 204 is formed on the mixture layer 200 and a cathode layer 114 is formed on the second mixture layer 204. When the capacity ratio of a hole migration material to the electron transfer material in the mixture layer 200 is X %, the capacity ratio of the hole migration material to the electron transfer material in the first mixture layer 202 gradually decreases from 99% to X % starting from a surface adhered to the anode layer 102. The capacity ratio of the hole migration material to the electron transfer material in the second mixture layer 204, gradually increases from X % to 99% starting from a surface adhered to the mixture layer 200.
