<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate voltage with an intermediate voltage added to one of voltages which are 1 to 5 times as large as a power supply voltage. <P>SOLUTION: Unit circuits are connected in a fourth-stage cascade manner by connecting a node B of another unit circuit 5 to a node D of one of the unit circuits 5. A node A of a fifth stage unit circuit 5 is connected to the node D of a fourth-stage unit circuit. A power terminal is connected to the node B of a first-stage unit circuit and all nodes A of first to fourth stage unit circuits. Ground terminals are connected to all nodes C. An intermediate voltage terminal is connected to the node B of the fifth unit circuit. The ground terminal is connected to the node C and an output terminal 4 is connected to the node D through a switch 16.
