NRD GUIDE CONVERTER AND CONNECTED STRUCTURE OF DIELECTRIC AND CONDUCTOR

It is possible to realize a hybrid structure using an NRD guide in a transmission portion and using a micro-strip rail in a circuit element mounting portion with a low loss. The hybrid structure includes: a dielectric rail (1) sandwiched by parallel conductor plates arranged at an interval smaller than 1/2 wavelength; a micro-strip rail (4) arranged on a metal rod (3) arranged adjacent to and parallel to the dielectric rail (1) and at the opposite side of the dielectric rail (1); and a coaxial rail (5) passing through the metal rod (3) and connecting the dielectric rail (1) to the micro-strip rail (4).
