PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily exchange a warming instrument even in the state of sticking an injection needle into the arm and to ease the pain of a patient by warming the vicinity of the sticking part of the injection needle. SOLUTION: In the warming instrument, a notched part 7 in the shape of being cut thin and long is provided on a part of the instrument body and a heating element composed of a chemical body warmer 1 which generates heat by the presence of air is provided.
