PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case aligning apparatus which is manufactured easily to enable a cost reduction. SOLUTION: According to the case aligning apparatus, a number of linear railings 2 are arranged to be kept lifted in rows at every a prescribed distance above a mounting surface 1, where the distance between each railing 2 is made slightly wider than the thickness of a case 3. The distance between each railing 2 is determined so that each case 3 can be inclined in the arranged direction of the railings 2 while locked by the adjacent railings 2 on the left/right to be prevented from inclining deeper than a prescribed angle when the cases 3 are inserted between respective railings 2 and are arranged in rows on the mounting surface 1.
