PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eccentric thrust bearing 1 capable of making a bearing width smaller than that of a bearing with double row structure, supporting an axial load and a moment load in both directions, and mounting to a wheel h with built-in suspension, and a wheel h with built-in suspension mounting to the bearing 1 and capable of supporting an axial load. SOLUTION: This wheel h with built-in suspension comprises an outer wheel member h2 including a rim part h1, an inner wheel member h4 including a disc part h3, and an elastic member interposed between the wheel members h2 and h4, and an eccentric thrust bearing 1 can be mounted to the wheel h. This bearing 1 can reduce bearing width smaller than that of a double row structure, and support an axial load and a moment load in both directions. Therefore, this bearing 1 can eccentrically and relatively move between the wheel members h2 and h4 while supporting the axial load acting between the wheel members h2 and h4.
