PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for a fish broiling grill of a gas table hygienic and economical, reducing stains of the fish broiling grill without impairing the original taste of broiled fish and capable of broiling ingredients other than fish without smelling of fish. SOLUTION: Thin rectangular holes are opened in an aluminum foil sheet rolled in several meters. The aluminum foil sheet is cut only by a required length and laid on the fish broiling grill for use.
