<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a longitudinal seal tape welding mechanism for a paper container capable of preventing the lowering of elasticity caused by the thermal curing of a pressure roller, achieving the perfectness of the thermal fusion bonding of a longitudinal seal tape and capable of preventing the occurrence of sealing failure. <P>SOLUTION: In the longitudinal seal tape welding mechanism for the paper container equipped with a columnar pressure roller 13 and a counter roller 14 for welding and covering the point in a longitudinal direction exposed to the inner surface of the paper container, which is formed from a packaging material 1 wherein a base layer comprises cardboard and a thermally weldable synthetic resin is applied to both upper and under surfaces of the base layer to form the outermost layers, using the longitudinal seal tape 6 to longitudinally seal the same, recessed parts 19 in a peripheral direction are provided on both side surfaces in the axial direction of the pressure roller 13 and elastically deformable tongue parts 20 are formed to both ends of the outer periphery of the pressure roller 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
