A clamp for sealing pipelines. A clamp which consists of any desired flexible material and can be tightened with a uniform, very high pressure, with any desired width. A slotted screw which is plugged into bent lugs of a material strip is turned after inserting the tongue into the slot. In consequence, the tongue is wound around the screw and is pressed onto the pipeline with a high pressure. The screw is subsequently secured. The fields of application are very widespread. Exhaust systems, any type of pipelines, etc.
