<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-centered totalizator for attaining the consistency of both centers without increasing the load on a totalizator terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A response receiving part 10 of a totalizator terminal 1 transmits sales data including an object to be bet and the number of bets to a main center 2. A sales processing part 21 of the main center 2 updates a sales tabulation file 24 on the basis of the sales data, and a response transmitting part 23 transmits a positive response showing the completion of processing and the sales data to a sub-center 3. A response receiving part 33 of the sub-center 3 receives the sales data and the positive response from the main center 2, and a sales processing pat 31 updates the sales tabulation file 34 on the basis of the sales data, and transmits the positive response to the totalizator terminal 1. When receiving the positive response from the sub-center 3, a sales/winning dividend processing part 11 of the totalizator terminal 1 executes sales processing based on the sales data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
