PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high high temperature strength in an Ni based superalloy reinforced by aγ' phase even if Re is not incorporated or the content of Re is reduced, and further to impart high corrosion resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance thereto. SOLUTION: The Ni based superalloy has a composition comprising, by weight, 0.01 to 0.5% C, 0.01 to 0.04% B, 0.1 to 2.5% Hf, 0.8 to 1.5% Co, >0 to <8.5% Ta, 1.5 to 16% Cr, >0 to <1.0% Mo, 5 to 14% W, 0.1 to 4.75% Ti, 2.5 to 7% Al, >0 to <4% Nb, 0 to <1.0% V, 0 to <0.1% Zr, 0 to <9% Re, at least one kind selected from platinum group elements by 0 to <0.5% in total and at least one kind selected from rare earth elements by 0 to <0.1% in total, and the balance Ni with inevitable impurities.
