<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notification agency service system which handles notification to companies and groups, etc., requiring information on new address of the moving destination in real time on behalf of an individual who is to move. <P>SOLUTION: A server 2 provides a homepage and acquires moving information to be notified by the individual through the Internet 10. The acquired information is recorded in an individual information file (3) relating to the individual of a notification origin and the respective companies of notification destination are recorded in a notification destination company file (2d). The server 2 periodically transmits the number of applications for notification to a specified mail server 20 for each company. The company views it and downloads required information. In such a constitution, the information that the individual needs to notify a prescribed group such as the new address of the moving destination is surely notified to the group requiring it on behalf of the individual in a short period of time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
