PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display panel capable of restraining attenuation of a vacuum ultraviolet ray, improving luminance, restraining deterioration of a phosphor, and capable of restraining degradation of the luminance with time; and to provide its manufacturing method and a manufacturing device therefor. SOLUTION: This plasma display panel is characterized by that the shape of each partition is formed into a tapered shape or a curved shape; and deviation from the average of the smallest distance from the partition surface or a dielectric glass layer surface to a plasma light emission part is set within±15% in a part above 80% of the partition surface or the dielectric glass layer surface in each cell.
