PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make fuel for power generation unnecessary, not to generate carbon dioxide (CO2) by generating power without burning an object and to carry out hot water supply and power generation simultaneously. SOLUTION: This device is composed of a Fresnel lens collecting solar light and heat, a fused silica photoconductive fiber 3 leading a heat source of about 600°C - 2000°C collected by the Fresnel lens 1 to a predetermined location, a Stirling engine 4 driven by the heat source from the photoconductive fiber 3, and a generator 5 driven by the Stirling engine 4.
