PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a communication apparatus and a communication system which efficiently utilize the communication band without interrupting the communication due to the confliction of a plurality of communication apparatus over transmission lines. SOLUTION: When a master requester 255 sends a master request pattern without confliction, a slave number determiner 256 sends a sink pattern to determine the slave numbers for identifying a plurality of communication apparatus, and gives the slave numbers to the communication apparatus in their answering order to the sink pattern. Based on carrier request information sent from the respective communication apparatus with the slave numbers, a carrier distributor 257 distributes a plurality of carriers in a communicable frequency band to the communication apparatus with the slave numbers.
