PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtered connector with simple and low cost design. SOLUTION: This filter connector has many pin contacts (14) grounded withπfilters. Two circuit board parts (24, 26) separated by a ferrite bead (40) are parts of a single flexible circuit board (50) respectively and joined together by a loop part (52) of the circuit board. When the substrate parts are pushed into a metal shell (130) surrounding the substrate part and the pins, peripheral edge parts (140, 142) of the substrate parts are bent and the peripheral edge parts are soldered to the shell in the said place, thereby, ground layers (100) of the circuit board parts are joined. Since the hole edge of each circuit board part is bent by pushing pin, and solder flows surely between signal traces and the pin, each pin is displaced from its original surface and joined with the signal traces (80, 82) laid on the circuit board parts.
