PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic bulletin board monitoring system that has a function of reliably checking the contents of articles sent from user computers so as to be posted to an electronic bulletin board and posting only appropriate articles. SOLUTION: A server computer having an electronic bulletin board, a user computer, a monitoring server and an administrator computer are connected via a network. The monitoring server monitors the contents of an article posted to the electronic bulletin board from the user computer, and if the article includes a posting-rejection term registered in advance, rejects the posting of the article to the electronic bulletin board.
