PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing tool capable of easily fixing a cloth material to a bar-like material independently of thickness of a pole and to be manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: This fixing tool 100 is formed into a V-shape by a strap-type first part 101 and a second part 102, and a boundary range 103 thereof is fitted to a tent sheet 104. A loop surface 105 is provided in the first part 101 on a tent sheet 104 side, and a hook surface 106 is provided in the second part 102 on a side opposite to the tent sheet 104. The first part 101 is wrapped around a tent assembling pole 108 so that the loop surface 105 appears outside, and the second part 102 is wrapped thereon so that the hook surface 106 is arranged in a lower part, and these surfaces 105 and 106 are joined with each other to fix the tent sheet 104 to the tent assembling pole 108.
