<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that heat from a fixing device 101 raises the temperature of a both-sided transport guide 20a and that the temperature rise may cause the deterioration of toner of an image formation part 3 and defective image formation. <P>SOLUTION: In a constitution for sucking a sheet to which an image has been transferred to the surface of a transport belt 5 by using a suction fan 6 to transport the sheet, a duct D for guiding exhaust air from the air suction fan 6 to a gap between a fixing device 101 and the both-sided transport guide 20a is formed.
