REACTIVE SILYL GROUP-CONTAINING BISIMIDE COMPOUND AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactive silyl group-containing bisimide compound of a new compound capable of providing a cured resin having an imide ring by curing by condensation reaction and to provide a method for producing the bisimide compound. SOLUTION: The reactive silyl group-containing bisimide compound is repressed by the structural formula (wherein R1is an organic group; R2and R3are each a monovalent hydrocarbon group; n is an integer of 1-3). The method for producing the compound represented by the structural formula comprises reacting a vinyl group-containing acid anhydride with a bifunctional diamine compound to provide a vinyl group-containing bisimide compound and carrying out addition reaction of the vinyl group-containing bisimide compound with an alkoxysilane compound having one hydrogen atom bonded to a silicon atom.
