PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a display unit with an exchangeable screen which does not use a tool at exchanging a pattern and enables the pattern not to be wetted at exchanging while being able to be used for the purpose other than appreciating the picture (puzzle, etc.). SOLUTION: The unit is composed such that a frame edge section 1 at periphery and a pattern display section 2 at inside are formed by making a matrix-material center section hollowed in a dish-shape, and a magnetic plate 4 provided with the pattern 4p on the surface of a magnetic sheet 3 is adhered to the front or back surface of the pattern display section 2, and an absorbing plate 5 provided with the pattern 5p on a drawing is made detachable-free to the magnetic plate 4 by alternatively selecting one side of the pattern 5p.
