A heat resistant cosmetic bag is disclosed, including at least one layer of an insulating material positioned between a plurality of material layers, at least one pouch formed from at least one material layer of the plurality of material layers, and wherein the at least one pouch has a length that is less than the length of the of the insulating layer, and wherein a plurality of insulating fold layers are formed over and around the at least one pouch.
