<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reuse system for residual paint and a method for manufacturing paint using this reuse system. <P>SOLUTION: This reuse system is provided with a basic information storing means 13a for a product, a lot information storing means 13c for manufactured paint, a treated paint information storing means 13b, an input means 15 for inputting information necessary for the manufacturing of a recycled product, an input means 16 for inputting the information of treated paint, an arithmetic means 14 of manufacture conditions for manufacturing a recycled product, an output means 18 for the manufacture conditions or the like and a lot information inputting means 17 for a manufactured product. The input means 15, 16 and 17 and the output means 18 are constituted of terminal equipment, and the storage means 13a, 13b and 13c and the arithmetic means 14 are constituted of a computer 11. The arithmetic means 14 is provided with a function of calculating the manufacture conditions based on the manufacture information of the recycled product and the treated paint information, and outputting the manufacture conditions to the manufacture condition output means 18, and storing the lot information of the recycled product into the storage means 13c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
