PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum motor easy in manufacturing, small in loss caused by an eddy current and reduced in gas discharge. SOLUTION: In a non-wrapped concentrated winding motor having a magnetic field magnet, thin inner joining parts are formed at gap-facing sides of a stator core, stator teeth are integrated by the inner joining parts, surface coatings such as Ni plating are applied to the gap-facing sides of the inner joining parts of the stator teeth; a coil pre-wound to the stator teeth is installed with a stator yoke and the stator teeth as separate pieces; and after that, the teeth and the yoke are integrated by shrink fitting or the like, thus constituting a stator.
