PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable performing processing such as obtaining electronic program guide data to perform video recording reservation without any failure. SOLUTION: When reservation of recording a broadcast program is executed on the basis of program data for guiding programs to be broadcasted on a predetermined broadcast service, if it is detected that a program having a specific viewing condition is reserved on the basis of the program data, display for notifying a viewer about that is executed so that the user can recognize it by the display on a reservation screen.
