PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply system capable of reducing a volume of a hot water storage tank without enlarging an apparatus, having high energy efficiency with a simple pipe, quickly supplying hot water, and reducing dead water, in each dwelling unit of collective housing and the like. SOLUTION: This hot water supply system comprises a water supply pipe 2 at the uppermost stream, shared by dwelling units 50, a concentrated hot water supply part 6 connected with the water supply pipe 2 of the most uppermost stream and heating the tap water to prepare the hot water of more than a first temperature, independent water supply pipes 14 branched at the downstream of the concentrated hot water supply part 6 for guiding the hot water to each dwelling unit 50, and independent hot water supply parts 20 mounted in each of the dwelling units 50, and heating the hot water supplied from the independent water supply pipe 14 to a second temperature.
