The cell comprises an enclosure (2) including, at the top, a main inlet (3) for the pulp to be de-inked and, at the bottom, a main outlet (4) for the de-inked pulp. The pulp from the top to the bottom, passing through successive stages (E1, . . . En) provided with bubble passageways (13) introduced into the lower portion of the enclosure, the bubbles raising until the top, to form a foam (5). The cell includes pulp guiding means (12) forming guiding path and in which the bubble passageways (13) are provided for, these guiding means (12) being, on their lower face, inclined upwards in order to guide the bubbles (14) towards the bubble passageways.
